I believe that your concern relates to hair loss. In order to guide you better, I would request you to answer the following questions:
a. Since when have you been losing hair?
b. Is there a family history of losing hair at such an early age?
c. Do you also have any other complaints like dry skin, reduced appetite and fatigue?
d. Do you have excessive stress? Or do you become anxious frequently?

Till then, I would suggest the following:
a. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. This diet should be particularly XXXXXXX in protein (good sources include legumes, pulses, peas, chicken and other non-vegetarian items) and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables ( like spinach)
b. Exercise regularly
c. Meditate or practice yoga to reduce your stress levels
