Brief Answer:
Disc bulges, arthritis changes and scoliosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The report reveal there is
1. Scoliosis: There is no side ways deviation in normal spine. The report shows some side ways deviation which is called as scoliosis. Without a physical examination and without MRI films I cannot appreciate how significant this is. Perhaps her treating doctor will know.

2. There are some arthritis changes. Presence of osteophytes at various levels indicates arthritis. Most likely it is age related.

3. There are multiple disc bulges below the second lumbar vertebrae.

Thought these are abnormal changes, clinically treatment is based on the patient's complaints and physical examination finding. I would like to know what is her treating doctor's diagnosis and treatment plan. Usually in elders with such changes, the choice is always conservative with medications and physiotherapy, unless there is severe pain and physical impairment.

Hope this information suffices. Let me know if you need clarifications.
