Question: The 3 middle toes on my left foot have a purple tint. What could be wrong?

Blue toe syndrome .

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It seems like you are suffering from Blue toe syndrome or trash toe that is developed due to the blocksge of a vessel which causes poor circulation and poor oxygenation of toes.
If it is left untreated it can cause ulceration os skin and skin will die causing gangrene.
Gangrene is very serious and leads to amputation do BTS can't be left untreated.
Treatment consist in opening the obstructive vessel by stent, vascular bypass. Anticoagulants and antiplatelete can help improve blood flow.
Keep yourself under observation.
