At 5th week , you can easily opt for termination of pregnancy with medicines and its recommended as well with 35 days of pregnancy if this is an unplanned pregnancy. Hypothyroidism is well under control at levels of 2.
yoU MAY RECONSIDER CONTINUATION of pregnancy, but if really do not wish to continue then please visit your gynecologist for MTP .
