Suggest Ways To Tackle Constipation That Has Lasted For Over 3 Days?

Question: Hi Doctor,
My wife is suffering from constipation. She is unable to excrete properly. Sometimes its about 2 to 3 days since she excreted. She had fissure treated last year through surgery. She does not eat junk food. She has a banana everyday by night before going to sleep. Can you suggest ways to tackle this?

Sorry for not giving proper information earlier.

1. How old is your wife? - 27 years old
2. Is she having any medical issues like diabetes or hypothyroidism? - No, we have tested both and she doesnt have both of them
3. Is she on any medications? - No, we are not taking any medicines as of now

For good bowel movements the following may be done -

1. Cremadiet Duo 0-0-2 scoops in 250 ml of water
2. High fiber diet ( Lots of vegetables & fruits)
3. Plenty of fluids
4. Increased physical activity
