Question: I m 38 years old , I have weight gaining tendency, my weight is 66 , Can i eat poha in dinner before 8:30

For weight gain to occur, the amount of energy taken in as food needs to be greater than the total energy output. So, if you have a tendency of gaining weight it means that you need to cut down on your total food intake while you increase your total work out. Merely eating poha will not help. It is more important to increase your enregy output than it is to cut down on your eating.

I would recommend getting your thyroid profile checked.
