Brief Answer:
Please, what's your height and weight? What are the details of this program

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this extra weight you gained and all the difficulties you have faced trying to get rid of it. Weight gain is mainly controlled through diet and exercise. I really discourage drugs for this purpose. However, I will like to know the details of your exercise and diet program. Ex: How often did you exercise and for how long every week? How many calories and how much physical activities do you do daily?

With the above information, I will be able to understand where things seem not too right and what else needs to be done to address this.

I hope to hear from you and promise to respond promptly with helpful tips and recommendations on how to do this. Until next, I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
I will recommend you see a dietitian!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up precision.

I have reviewed the information fully. This is as much as you can do on your own.Exercise and diet. What I will like to see done at this time is to calculate the calories and see how much you really get to take a day. Your meals make it sound like you take in very little calories but i will appreciate a full count because this is paradoxical to take in very little, exercise this much and yet not drop some extra pounds.

There are some disease conditions that can make losing weight a big problem. I will like that your doctor evaluate for any possible low functioning thyroid and Cushings's syndrome. If these are ruled out, then focusing on diet, exercise and lifestyle will be the best approach.

Maybe you wish to get drugs, I don't recommend them because they can only help for as much as you take them. The moment you stop, all returns and I will not want to see you take drugs all your life which also have possible terrible side effects.

I hope to hear back from you on what your initial thoughts are. I wish you well and feel free to request for more information and clarifications if need be.
