Question: how can I help produce more breast milk and what is the best way to moisturize a two months old skin is baby oil and baby lotion isn't helping

So, in order to increasethe amount of breast milk all you need to do is to refrain from giving top feeds. Proper hydration is very important and you need to drink plenty of fluids.
If that still does not help, you may take Reglan tablet [metocloperamide] thrice daily and that should help.
For moisturizing the skin of a baby use lotions like Elovera or Dermadew [containing aloe vera].
