Brief Answer:
imodium and allegra-D has abuse potential.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns for your relative.

Imodium contains loperamide which is a opioid derivative. The drug carries the risk of abuse.

Allegra-D contains fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine. Fexofenadine is not used for recreational purposes but pseudoephedrine has stimulant action. This has abuse potential.

The person has history of overdosing benadryl. He is also addicted to benzodiazepines.

In some states, these drugs (allegra, imodium, benadryl) are available over the counter.
The person who has addictive personality can seek for drugs which are easily available as an alternative to their primary drugs (benzos in this case). This may be a possible reason for using large doses.

I would advise you to disclose all of his medical history to his doctor.
The person might end up taking seriously high doses of other drugs as well.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
