Brief Answer:
IUD or Oral contraceptive pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The best contraceptive to use in between children is supposed to be IUD (intra Uterine device). You can approach a doctor and get this inserted into the uterus. It prevents pregnancy and very effective. You can have regular intercourse without fear and stress of getting pregnant.

The other option is contraceptive pills to be taken daily without fail. Though there are other options available they might cause some side effects.
