I came across your question which has for some reason been lying unanswered for a pretty long time. I can clearly infer that it is due to lack of clarity in the question. In any case, I would like to hear back from you about:
* The present condition, whether there is any active bleeding. Bleeding is unlikely to persist this long but in case it still does, you need to go to the ER without any further delay. On the other hand, press on the bleeding point to minimize bleeding. Take plenty of fluids to replenish for the lost volume.
* Mention how the injury occurred and how severe it is. An image would be helpful. You can upload it using the facility on the upper right of this page.
