Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your question and the photographs. The most likely reason for such lesions can be pityriasis XXXXXXX or yeast infection. Do not worry. It can be easily treated by mild steroid or antifungal ointment application.

I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist for proper clinical examination and definitive diagnosis. Thereafter the treatment can be commenced as per the diagnosis. It will recover in a few days with proper management.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be due to vitiligo

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The lesions of vitiligo are more well demarcated. So, its very unlikely in your baby. Do not worry.
Visiting a dermatologist is advisable.

The remedies will depend upon the definitive diagnosis. I would be happy to help you in any further questions once the diagnosis is established.

Brief Answer:
Looks more like fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The lesions look more like fungal or yeast infection. You may apply clotrimazole lotion thrice daily for treatment. Wash laundry in hot water and detergent and Sun dry completely. Hopefully the lesions will improve within next few days.

Take care
