Brief Answer:
Use wax solvent ear drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting your query on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

There might be following reasons for wax accumulation in your ear:
Dry/hard type of warm,narrow ear canal,etc.
Formation of wax in the ear is a normal process.
Generally it gets removed on its own by the jaw movements during eating.
If it doesn't get removed on its own due to the reasons mentioned above and if it is causing ear blockage or ear pain(as with your case),then removal of wax is needed.

You can use wax solvent ear drops like Soliwax ear drops(3 drops 3 times a day for 7-10 days). It will help in liquefying the wax,so that it may get removed on its own during the jaw movements.
And if it doesn't get removed on its own, then it would be advisable to consult an ENT doctor for the wax removal.

Never try to remove the wax by yourself by using ear buds,as the outer part of wax will get removed but the inner part of wax will get further pushed inside the ear.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
