Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back,
Sorry for the delay in replying back,

As per the description that you have given, your wife seems to have two medical issues:
- the sudden giddiness while getting up and walking deals with a condition called as postural hypotension. This is a condition wherein the blood pressure decreases suddenly while change in posture like getting up and walking. Management is as follows:
* make necessary lifestyle changes like elevating the head end while sleeping, getting up slowly from bed, avoiding walking in hot weather, increasing the salt consumption in her daily diet.
* compression stockings will help prevent the pooling of blood in the peripherals while sudden standing.

- spinning of head with losing of equilibrium, does indicate a condition called tinnitus. This could be due to multiple factors affecting the ear balance. I would suggest it best for you to consult with an ENT doctor in your area for further management.

I hope this helps.
Regards
