Brief Answer:
Could be vitiligo

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. It looks like vitiligo, an autoimmune condition. I would insist you to visit a dermatologist for confirmation and treatment. Treatment can be done using Phototherapy with UVA and UVB light. Light therapy (UVA or UVB) can be combined with psoralen. This drug makes the skin more susceptible to UV light. Corticosteroid ointments or creams containing steroids can be used. Calcipotriene, a form of vitamin D, can be used as a topical ointment.

Brief Answer:
Topical Clobate and Crolimate can be used.

Detailed Answer:
Clobate (Clobetasol) Cream can be used topically. Use Crolimate Ointment (Tacrolimus 0.1%) alongwith. If you choose to take psoralen orally, it is supposed to be combined with UVA and UVB treatment.

Discuss with your doctor.
