Brief Answer:
Better to go for biopsy if possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the findings of your aunt.

On what basis, a diagnosis of hemorrhagic metastases was made- MRI scan or biopsy? MRI scan report is only indicative, and is not confirmatory. So, if possible, a biopsy of the tumor in brain should be done.

After the biopsy report, a definitive treatment can be done.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
Agree with your plan.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I agree with your plan of management, if the expected life span is only six months.

Regarding radiation therapy, you can discuss with oncologist regarding benefits and expected increase in life span.

Best wishes,
