Brief Answer:
I will suggest that you see a Gastroenterologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information. Given your age, it is important to see a gastroenterologist. I will suggest that they do a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy. This will allow that the intestines are looked into so as to identify the origin of bleeding, the cause and put a plan in place to address it. If you are also taking any blood thinners, it will be good to review and evaluate the efficiency.

Going to a doctor is the best way forward. I will not think there is a possible solution without going to the hospital. What are your fears in denying to go to the hospital?

I hope to hear from you so as to be able to help you more. But going to the hospital, is the best next step.
