I have had this ongoing for approximately 1 1/2 year.
I don't have any past medical conditions.
I don't have any addictions but have drank alchohol and smoked cigarettes before.
(have not done any of those for past ten years)

I was told by an Herbal Specialist that my spleen was enlarged, after she had analyzed my hand on a machine

Brief Answer:
Physical examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

I have also gone through the details of your left sided symptoms as you have mentioned in your queries. Straight to your query, your symptoms do not appear to be fitting into a specific neurologic diagnosis. However, as you mentioned that your symptoms are localized to the left side of your body, but are non-specific,I suggest you to get yourself physically examined by a neurologist.

If anything abnormal is detected on examination, then investigations accordingly may be planned. Neuroimaging may be required but the next step at present should be-a personal visit to a neurologist.
Of course, there is no harm in starting anti-anxiety medicines like clonazepam, which may help to improve your symptoms as anxiety may commonly cause such symptoms.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
