Suggest Treatment For Tight Foreskin Of Penis

Question: Hello Doctor,
The foreskin is very tight and I am facing difficulty is having intercourse. The doctor has advised me to operate for circumcision. And I need a second opinion on this. Please suggest.

Could you please refer me some good hospitals or doctors that I can go to in Delhi/NCR ? And what other factors apart from pain management after the surgery should be factored in ? Are government hospitals are also good as private hospital, and can I rely on them ? Do I need to take an off for couple of days after the surgery ? And do I have to get myself admitted to hospital for surgery ?

I know of Fortis Hospital in Gurgaon which would have good surgeons and excellent pain management infrastructure. But honestly, any good hospital with experienced doctors will do in this case.
