Brief Answer:
Improvement would occur over time.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, diagnosis and treatment received so far.

You have undergone correct treatment and by coiling of the aneurysm, a major brain haemorrhage can be prevented.

Regarding the drooping of the eyelid (ptosis), due to third nerve palsy, it would gradually improve over time. There are no medications for this purpose. Exercises of eyelids can help.

Also, there are special spectacles with eyelid crutches that can keep the eyelid elevated.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
Sixth nerve palsy would also recover over time.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Sixth nerve palsy would also recover over time. Exercises to move the eyeballs side to side would also help in recovery.

Best wishes,
