Question: unable to see eye of the other person and talk...unable to maintain eye contact...anxiety, social anxiety and fear..unwanted bad thoughts come to my mind all the time..unwanted bad foul words come to my tongue..strong urge to speak out unwanted bad, foul words . I have to forcefully control myself and speak all the time...unwanted intrusive thoughts, words and acts. ...have to forcefully control myself and act and speak...really suffering and painful..feel like dying...please help

You are having severe anxiety disorder with features suggestive of mild psychosis.
Have you got blood investigations like Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12.
Is there any family history of such illness?
The treatment is OK and needs to be continued.
The effect require atleast a month time.
The drug can be increased gradually according to response.
You need to visit a psychiatrist and be in regular contact.

There is no family history of such illness.I have been taking these drugs from last 6-7 months but its not cured yet. Please help

You should visit to a psychiatrist for increasing doses as regular follow up is required during drug escalation.
