Brief Answer:
Alergy with probably micotic condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM.
I have gone through your concern
According to the history you explain it is not the first time you have this situation. Given the fact that you don't have any other known
diseases i think that you have to do some tests for the allergies you have as follows :
Prick test
Pneumoalergens
and a test for micotic condition of the oral mucosa, called antibiogram to find any micosis of the oral cavity that might cause this problem to you.
But you have to be careful with the foods too,no spicy foods. If you were my patient i will take into consideration and a.treatment for allergies you have, maybe adding corticosteroids might help the situation.
Hence in my opinion tha dermatologists should collaborate with the alergologist in your case and i am sure after their advices you will be better.
Wish a good health to you.
