Brief Answer:
Looks like gum infection or Gingivitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like you have an infection in your gums leading to swelling and bleeding on brushing..

But before I advise you treatment I would like to know a few more details.
Please answer the following questions.

1. Since how long is the problem present?
2. Is there any pus discharge also present?
3. Do you have deposits of plaque and tartar over teeth?
4. Do you have any medical problems or are you taking any medication for any concerns?
5. Any known allergies?

Brief Answer:
Gum infection, Scaling, antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
You should get a deep scaling and curettage done in the first place...

Many times there are deposits under the gums so a deep scaling is a must...
It should be followed by a course of antibiotics like Metronidazole.
You should also massage the gums with gum paint...
Do antiseptic mouthwash(Hexidine) gargles.
Do warm saline gargles...

Get scaling done every 6 months.

Brush your teeth twice a day, once in morning and once before sleeping at night.
Also, learn a proper brushing technique from your Dentist...

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards..
