Brief Answer:
May be related to the vaccine..

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Swelling and pain is a common reaction of Tdap. These symptoms usually begin immediately or day after the shot. The swelling generally is localised around the site of injection; but it may spread to the entire arm in some cases. Symptoms gradually reduce and disappear by 4-5 days.

What you describe seems to be side effect of the vaccine. However I will remain cautious and monitor the progress. If the pain and swelling worsen or you develop fresh symptoms of fever, I recommend visit to your doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
