my child who is 16 month old last 3 days suffred from stop nose and runny nose and cold cough please suggest me the treatment no fever

Hi, thanks for writing to us.
For runny nose I suggest citrizine based syrups, dose suggested on the weight of the baby.
For cough, salbutamol and ambroxol based syrups will help, again the dosage will be based on the weight.
My personal advice is to take your child to the pediatrician and start treatment accordingly and appropriately, because in very young kids its always better to start the treatment after thorough examination.

Meanwhile I suggest you nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill one drop in each nostril as many as times in a day.
