Brief Answer:
The risk of bleeding is less with tecta

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

In her age people usually has elevated risk of bleeding compared to young adults. But she receives pantoprazole (tecta) which protects her GI tract, and if she gas no active ulcer, then the possibility of bleeding is not much for short treatment. You just need to be careful and go to hospital if she has dark (black) stool.
But I think that Ibuprofen may not be enough for her back problems, the best way will be if you refer to a neurologist and have complete investigations done and have a proper treatment.
Anyway, you can try Ibuprofen, and then refer to a doctor if no effect.

Hope this was helpful

How can you be a cardiologist and a gastroenterologist as well.
My mother also has chronic bladder infections.
I do urinalysis strips to see if the urine has elevated wbcs, rbcs.
Both may be caused by ecoli
She was given yesterday within a time span of 3 hours - 2000mg Tylenol.
I did a urinalysis strip this morning and it showed blood - can this also be caused by Tylenol?

I am considering an aleve as she has had success before but have doubts about any drug right now
