Question: Hi
The bottom rite side gum where my molar and gum meet are is very sore and almost lik a purple clot as I was irritating it.
I was hit in the jaw deos this have any effect on what's possibly going on ?

As far as soreness of gum is concerned this can be due inflamation of gingiva secondary to trauma to Periodontal ligaments (tooth supporting fibres ) . Can you upload image of clot and sore gum that will be more helpful for me to arrive at conclusion and give you proper diagnosis .
Based on detail provided I will suggest you some home remedies you can try these at home :
-Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day .
-You can apply gum paint like stolin gum paint on gums .
-Do betadine gargle regularly.
-You can take medicine like Amoxicilin with Metronidazole by consulting with local doctor .

I have gone through reports (image) you have attached. As far as I have observed purple clot over gum is due to Hematoma secondary to trauma . For this I will suggest you to consult Oral surgeon for clinical examination ,investigation radiograph to rule out any fracture in teeth and treatment . In meantime Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Avoid application of hot compresses over swelling, Ice pack can be helpful though .
