Brief Answer:
pain medication, dramamine, may need hormonal medication

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Abdominal pain, decreased appetite and nausea and vomiting can occur in some women during menstruation.

In most persons however, fever does not occur but persons respond differently to menstrual cycle so this may be her response.
It is possible that she may also have a viral illness contributing to her vomiting and abdominal pain.

Treatment would include medications such as dramamine to help with the nausea (this would make her drowsy however) and medication such as naproxen or ibuprofen to help with her pain.
The ibuprofen or naproxen would also help with fever.

If the bleeding is excessive, she may need to be seen by her doctor for hormonal medication to reduce it.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions.
