Brief Answer:
Clonazepam is the ideal drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back, here are some of my suggestions

1. Try to sleep at the same approximate time each day
2. Make sure that your room is dark and quiet
3. Read in a dim room for 30 min before sleeping, avoid watching tv
4. Exercise daily for a minimum of 30 minutes
5. Loose weight if you are over weight
5. Empty your bladder before sleeping, full bladder is known to cause disturbed sleep
6. Tab Clonazepam is the ideal drug for you, it induces sleep and also maintains sleep. Increase the dose under medical supervision until you get good quality sleep. An alternate drug which I prescribe is Zolpidem.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
