Brief Answer:
Internal Hemorrhoid.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. The skin tag that you are describing could be a hemorrhoid.
2. Internal hemorrhoids protude and recede depending on their stage.
3. The fact that it does not hurt shows that it may be an internal hemorrhoid.
4. You might want to apply framycetin cream to it.
5. You might have issues of soreness in the future, if you are constipated and there is trauma.
6. The best thing is to visit a surgeon.

Do write back.
Thanks,

Hello,

I am familiar with hemorrhoid and their small protrusions. This feels somewhat like a small cyst. Again, it doesn't hurt and there is no bleeding. I can push it and movie it around. I have a few remedies I can try, but other than it being on my mind, it is not physically bothersome.

Wondering if these go away in time?

Brief Answer:
Thrombosed Pile: Intervention not really warranted in this case.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. They do go away in time, as resorption occurs.
2. It seems like a thrombosed pile.
3. Kindly apply an anti coagulant ointment.
4. It will go away, even if not intervention is done, though it may take some time

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
