Question: I have been taking zeptol cr300 for 18 years. I want to know the serious side effects because usually I feel exhausted and tired.

Long term use of CARBAMAZAPINE ( zeptol cr ) can cause various side effects which can be linked to your tiredness and fatigue.
Side effects include...
Reduction in VIT D and calcium levels in blood
Precipitating hypothyroidism
Various anemias
Alterations in liver function tests
Loss of salt resulting in HYPONATREMIA.

You must consult your doctor and discuss with him on above mentioned points and get following tests done...
Complete blood count
Thyroid function tests 
Serum iron,calcium,VIT D,VIT B12,FOLIC acid .
Liver function tests 
Serum electrolytes
Lipid profile
Kidney function tests
