Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic.
I understand your health concern, if I am your doctor I suggest you should start with oral iron therapy. Tab Livozen Z is the good treatment tablet you should initially started with two tablet than with the one once the haemoglobin increases above 12 gm. Continue the treatment for additional 3 months to replenish the load further.

I will be happy to answer all your future concern.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank

Wish you a best health at health care magic.
