Question: i have a short frenulum, how to rip it with out surgery ?

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Stretching exercises and steroid creams may be helpful.
A topical corticosteroid cream can be applied to the foreskin three to four times daily for 6 weeks. This will allow the foreskin to be easily retracted in approximately two-thirds of cases.
