Brief Answer:
Musculo skeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
This seems to be Muscular pain. However you should get an ECG done to rule out cardiac issues that can mimic Muscular pain.
If your ECG also comes out to be normal I would advise following for you:
1. Hot fomentation of the affected area.
2. Application of Diclofenac gel locally.
3. To take Ibuprofen only in case of intolerance pain.
4. You can also use a shoulder support sling.
Even after 5 days of this treatment if your pain persists that you will require to get an MRI of the shoulder to see for any ligament tear.
I hope it helps.
Stay Healthy.
