Question: bad stomach pains sharp pains right and left side lower stomach iv seen several doctors and still no answers!!!

Brief Answer:
Need tests, then antibiotics can be planned

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms of the question sound like gastroenteritis.
In view of possibility of development of loosestools and nausea and vomit, I would have suggested antibiotics.
A couple of test would be needed including CBC, Stool routine, and LFT and KFT, FBS.
Antispasmodics and PPI like mefenamic acid and pantoprazole can be tried while the report is awaited.
