Suggest Treatment For Severe Nasal Congestion While On Nyquil And Mucinex

Question: my nose has been blocked for the past few weeks,i have tried all nasal decongestant,from nyquil to mucinex but still blocked. what can i do

Stop all of them and rinse with normal saline only!

Hi,

When decongestants are used excessively, you may tend to have a rebound effect. I suggest that you stop all these medications especially and rinse the nostrils only with normal saline.

its me again,i have rinse my nostrils three times so far. but i'm still congested.
