Brief Answer:
Kidney stone is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A urinary tract stone is a possibility. Salpingitis, ovarian cyst, urinary tract infection are also possible, based on this description. Urinalysis, x ray KUB and/or Ultrasound abdomen/pelvis, blood counts, ESR after examining the abdomen for rigidity, rebound tenderness to look for signs of peritoneal irritation. Hyoscine butylbromide with paracetamol can be taken to alleviate the pain for now. Traetment would depend upon the cause determined on the above workup. You can discuss these options with your doctor.
