Brief Answer:
Add a nitrate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thank you for asking your query on this forum.
Classification of blood pressure according to JACC is
Prehypertensive stage Systolic 120-139 and diastolic 80-89mm of hg.
Mild hypertension- Systolic 140-159 and diastolic 90-99mm of hg.
Moderate - Systolic 160-179 and diastolic 100 to 109 mm of hg.
Above it is severe hypertension.

190 systolic is severe hypertension.
You are basically on two anti hypertensives right now.
1) Valsartan 160 mg twice daily (keep taking it in same doses)
2)Make amlodipine 5mg twice daily.
3)Add a nitrate-Nitrates are venodi;lators and are very safe to use and are very effective in systolic hypertension.
Isosorbide mononitrate slow release tablet 30mg can be added to your regimen.

Measure your blood pressure every third day and follow up after 2 weeks.

Regards.
