Question: Along with my illness I'm fighting such severe fatigue I'm barely able to get off the couch Wondering if my medications are causing such a problem

all of the drugs you've mentioned may cause fatigue. Some of them more frequently than others. Their combination makes side effects even more likely. If you're feeling fatigue for more than a few days then you should check some basic parameters like thyroid function, hematocrit, electrolytes, etc and then attribute your symptoms to the drugs.
