Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Heartburn
Question: #I am having very severe back pain when I stress (long sitting/ long standing/sitting without back rest) and also shoulder pain while operating computer.

Thanks for posting a query.
The symptoms you are suffering from is because of stress. As you are already taking lot of medications i suggest you to take rest for few minutes after your stress gul work. Get a MRI spine to rule out any spinal slip disc. If it comes to be normal then physiotherapy would give you a good relief.

Thanks for your response and suggestions.
I have done the MRI last year and based on the reports above said medications were prescribed by the doctor
MRI report findings:
Diffuse Annular Bulge at C-4-C5, C5-C6, C6-C7, L4-L5 AND L5-S1 levels intervertebral discs without any neural impingement.
I was just back to work after rest for around 15 days. During my rest also severe the pain was severe.
Please advise accordingly.

If the pain has not come down with the medicines then i suggest you to take a 10-15 days session of physiotherapy along with some exercise which will be thought by the physiotherapy specialists only.
