Suggest Treatment For Scabies

Question: Hi there. My boyfriend gave me scabies 3 months ago and we have treated ourselves with permethrin countless times including this week. I've thrown out clothing and bedding and we are in a hotel this week. My skin still itches and feels like it's crawling. I've gone to so many doctors and am still confused.
