Hi,
Have noted all your details,

Red eyes usually are caused by allergy, eye fatigue, common eye infections called conjunctivitis.However sometimes redness of the eye can signal a more serious eye condition such as uveitis .
However most likely in your case its Bacterial or allergic conjunctivitis. conjunctivitis make eyes itchy and red can cause eye pain,blurry vision, and headaches.More than half of conjunctivitis cases will clear up in one to two weeks without treatment. Taking an antibiotic may speed up the recovery.
Treatment
Eye drop Moxifloxacin 2 drops thrice daily-Antibiotic
Eye drop Naproxen 2 drops thrice daily-Anti inflammatory
Tab Fexofenadine(Allegra) 180 mg once daily-Anti allergic.
Use them for 5 days after discussing with your opthalmologist.
If possible please click few photos of your eye and attach them with follow up query.
