Brief Answer:
Capsule doxycycline & nadifloxacin gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like moderate acne.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you take capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily and apply nadifloxacin gel on the pimples twice daily.
Moreover use cetaphil moisturising lotion on the entire face as a regular moisturiser 2-3 times in a day.

Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
Acne is even quite common in dry skin individuals.
It is related to hormonal changes, hereditary factors, environmental conditions like hot humid weather and to some extent to dietary factors.
You should use a noncomedogenic moisturising cream and sunscreen daily.
You can go for Cetaphil moisturising lotion or acnemoist lotion as a moisturiser 2-3 times in a day.
As far as sunscreen is concerned suncros soft sunscreen gel or la shield sunscreen can be used during the day time.
Avoid using oily creams, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic, stay away from hot humid and dusty weather, avoid the intake of sugary foods and also avoid scrubbing of face.
