Brief Answer:
I am here to help you with Over the counter, more effective options.

Detailed Answer:
I welcome you back, Mr. XXXX!

Thanks for consulting me directly and I appreciate the trust you have in my services. I am sorry that you couldn't make it to the doctor yet, but please don't worry. I am here to take care of you with an alternate over the counter therapy. You just have to go to the local pharmacy for that.

Well, coming to the reason of the reinfection, it is a fungal infection that is relapsing after some time. Now I need just one thing from you and that is to get sticky to the treatment regimen ( I give you) for at least 8-10 weeks.

Its mostly caused due to a condition called dermatophytosis due to the fungal infection. It is a contagious infection (spreads from person to person or from one body part to another) transmitted by fomites, let's say from contaminated towels or bedroom sheets, or from an infection on patients own hands or feet.

Never wear wet clothes. keep the area dry as much as you can. If you do a physical activity, try to clean the groin area including penis and scrotum gently with water and make it dry. Always use lose underwear and loose clothes. Only wear all-cotton undergarments. Humidity will make it relapse. Never share clothings with anyone. Observe barrier contraception (condoms) for the time of your treatment.

Put on your socks first and then your underwear. Its best practice especially if you have any foot infection too (that may be subclinical yet but can cross contaminate the groin area and genitals).

Use a separate towel to wipe out and dry the groin area and other body parts after taking a shower. Avoid hot and humid weather. If you are obese (sorry I don't have you weight and height with me, otherwise I would have told you exact Body Mass Index you have, and your weight goals to achieve).

Keep a healthy diet including adequate amount of fiber in it. Take 1 cup of coconut water 3 times a week.

Medications you need are all over the counter:
*Lotrimin Topical to apply 2 times a day, on scrotum and underneath the penis ( on its lower side) sparing the hole of penis on front ( to be used regularly for at least 8-10 weeks)
*Cetacort Cream to apply the same way as above. (use for 4 weeks).
*Centrum multivitamins tablet 1 daily for 3 months.
*Immunocal whey protein Isolate powder Supplement (1 pouch daily for 4-6 weeks)

Take shower with Oatmeal milk and honey body wash. It will help improve the symptoms fast.

If these topical treatment options fail (less chances though), You may need to go for a dermatologist visit for reevaluation and treatment. He may prescribe then some systemic prescription drugs along with topicals.

You need to control the tensions in you life regarding work and other stuff. I told you ways to control and how to be resilient. Hope you are doing good with that.

Mr. XXXX, I am sure it's going to help. Have you further questions/doubts feel free to ask me anytime. If satisfied with the answer please close the discussion and rate it. I pray for your good health.

Regards!
