Brief Answer:
Urticaria - needs antihistamine

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and pictures.
This condition is called as an Urticaria.
This is secondary to an allergy, sometimes on contact with the allergens on the skin or to the allergens in circulating in the blood.
Once the allergens get presence the body tries to stop further spread by releasing histamine and as a result you get these itchy, red and elevated patches of skin.

Hence the primary treatment is an anti-histamine like Cetirizine.
If anti-histamine alone is not sufficient, one needs to take oral steroid and very occasionally adrenaline if the reaction is severe or near important parts of the body like neck, throat, tongue.
Please consult your Doctor to get an appropriate treatment.

Also necessary is finding the causative agent/s.
Once identified, you have to strictly avoid the contact or consumption of such agents to stop having further episodes of allergy. These are found by keen observation by your, family and friends.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
