Suggest Treatment For Rashes Around Thigh Area And Lower Abdomen
Probably ringworm infection, upload pictures of the rash to confirm
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern.
According to your history I think you are having ringworm infection which is resistant to the fluconazole tablet since even after using it for more than 6 months the infection is still persisting.
Moreover the cream used that is coniderm f contains steroid which won't let the infection cure and will cause it to spread. On applying the cream you will experience temporary benefit; but once you will stop it the infection will become worse.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the rash on your abdomen and thighs so that I can confirm the diagnosis and guide you accordingly.

I had uploaded my rashes images of abdomen & thigh. Pls check and suggest.
You are having ringworm infection
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs. Yes you are having ringworm infection.
In such cases I suggest my patients to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily along with terbinafine cream on the affected areas twice daily. For itching I suggest them to take antihistamines like tablet levocetrizine once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Continue this for 3 weeks and revert back. You will notice improvement but don't stop the medicines on your own as their will be recurrence of the disease.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep your body dry, wear loose cotton clothes, stay in cool airy environment and avoid sharing of soap and towel.
I hope to have answered your queries.
Wish you good luck.
