It's good to know that you melanoma is no more there.
Your report suggests that there is something which had effected your whole lung, it can be allergy or it can be an autoimmune disease which effects lungs along with whole body like sarcoidosis .

In my opinion after this report you should pay atleast one visit to a pulmo doctor, although you family history and personal history suggests that most probably this whole this is because of allergy, but still there should be a checkup with pulmonologist , they are expert in lungs and lung related problems.

It will get easy for you to get checkups and followup visits afterwards plus in my opinion ther are findings in your lungs so atleast once you should visit a proper pulmonology facility for your own satisfaction , benefit and proper work-up to rule out dangerous problems other than allergy.

Allergy too will probably need some more medication other than just an inhaler so it's better to talk to your doctor about referral to a pulmonologist so that things can be cleared up. An some new tests can be done if pulmonologist deems then necessary.

You aksed about the next steps so here we go:
