Brief Answer:
Rupioid psoriasis Or Reiter's syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone taken note of your query and I have also had a look at the Image.

I can see multiple, discrete round to oval lesions/ plaques which seem to have thick, adherent, oyster shell like scaling.

I suggest a possibility of either Rupioid Psoriasis Or keratoderma blennorrhagicum, as part of Reactive arthritis/ Reiter's syndrome

I would like to gather more information in order to be able to guide you better..

-Does he have any symptoms like itching?pain?

-Does he has scalp involvement with scaly patches? Any other body site involved with similar lesions? e.g palms and soles?

-Does he complain of joint pain?If yes, what all joints?

-Can you upload a few more Images?

Regards
