Brief Answer:
Punctate palmoplanter keratoderma most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome back to HCM...

After seeing the photos you posted,I deeply feel that most probably you may be having punctate palmoplanter keratoderma. It is a benign condition characterised by descrete, hyperkeratotic papules on palms and soles. There may be crator like lesions suggesting exfoliation in some lesions. The lesions may remain asymptomatic. It is considered a genetic condition..autosomal dominant.

You may apply keratolytic oint like salicylic acid 12% oint on the lesions till you get good result. Vitamin A derivative like acitretin 10mg cap, vitamin E 400 mg cap and vitamin C 1000 mg daily may be taken for long time. Avoid soap contact with pals and soles.

Avoid contact with soap. Keep the areas oily using moisturiser like liq paraffin with urea oint.

The lesions might vanish gradually. But, some time, it may relapse.

Still,You consult the dermatologist to have perfect diagnosis....ok

Thanks.
