Suggest Treatment For Prostate Inflammation

Posted on Fri, 4 Dec 2015
Question: Hi, in the past 2 weeks I have noticed a slight sensation in my tube from around the area it would seem to meet my testicals through to the end of my penis, it feels like a slight ticklish sensation which is not always noticeable, and at the times I pee I have a extra warming feeling in this tube, also if I masturbate the ejeculation has a slight burning feeling while the sperm is passing through this tube, as a short time passes after ejeculation or pee the sensation can go back to feeling more like a ticklish irritation again, it does have a warmish feeling also, at times it could be described as feeling like something active in the lower part of the tube closer to my scrotum.
And ideas, more annoying than painful, and just never had any such feelings like this in my life before, I am 52 years of age.

Cheers

Brief Answer:
Prostate inflammation seems the most probable reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are quite characteristic for inflammation of the urinary tract. Most likely you have prostate inflammation (can be chronic, come and go). With this issue you may have also occasional rectal pain.
Other possible reason of such symptoms are urethra inflammation or testicle inflammation.

I suggest you to consult urologist. Urine analysis, PSA level and rectal examination should be performed. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
